How to create a new account?
Sign up using Google, Facebook, Apple ID or email.
If you want to, you can customise your name, bio and claim your domain (herohero.co/nameofyourprofile) in the profile settings, read more on customisation here.

How to log into your existing account?
If you have logged out of your previous session or were logged out automatically and want to get back into your account (to access your paid content), follow these steps:
Go to herohero.co and log in using the same login method you used when you created your account. Your subscriptions are linked to this one login method. If you log in using a different method, you’ll create a new, empty account.
If you don’t remember your password, click "Forgot password?" to reset it.

💡 If you're unsure which email you used to subscribe, try logging out and logging back in with the email address where you receive notifications about new posts.
❗️ If you don’t see your subscription as active after logging in, you're in the wrong account. Log out and repeat the process with a different login method, or contact us at [email protected], and we’ll help you find your login details.
To log out:
On herohero.co, go to your profile (the avatar icon on our main menu). In the account settings (gear-shaped icon in the top left corner), scroll all the way down.
Click "Log out." This action only logs you out of your current session—your profile and subscriptions will remain intact. If you want to cancel your subscription, follow the instructions here. If you wish to delete your account entirely, read the section below.
How to delete your account?
In your user profile, click the Settings icon (gear pictogram in the upper left corner), scroll all the way down and select the Delete account option. You will receive a confirmation message in your e-mail. After consenting, your account will be permanently deleted and all active subscriptions linked to this account will be automatically canceled ❌.
